TNPSC Group 2 Selection Process 2024
Preliminary Examination: as the initial stage of this recruitment a written examination will be organized by the TNPSC board in which the board will ask 200 questions. In this exam Maximum 300 marks will be provided by the board. All the candidates who appeared in this exam will be allowed a maximum of three hours time to finish the test.. To qualify this exam all the participants need to score at least 90 marks in the exam.
Mains Examination: All the qualified candidates of stage 1 will take part in the Mains examination in which two question papers will be asked by the board. In this exam Maximum 400 marks will be allotted to all the participants by the board. Three house time for each paper will be allowed by the board to complete the question paper. In paper 1 participant needs to score at least 40 marks and in paper two at least 102 marks is necessary to be obtained by the participant to qualify the exam.
Interview: Some positions need an interview round to get selected for these posts in which all the qualified candidates of mains examination will participate.
